本研究では、物理的ストレスによる治療用タンパク質の凝集を抑制するため、異なる製剤条件下での安定性を評価し、凝集傾向に応じた分類と最適な製剤戦略を提案しています。

We are pleased to announce that our latest research paper entitled “Hierarchical clustering of therapeutic proteins based on agitation-induced aggregation propensity and its relation to Hierarchical clustering of therapeutic proteins based on agitation-induced aggregation propensity and its relation to physicochemical parameters” has been accepted for publication.

In this study, we evaluate the stability of therapeutic proteins under different formulation conditions and propose a classification and optimal formulation strategy based on aggregation propensity in order to suppress aggregation of therapeutic proteins due to physical stress.
